We only partner with other organizations that share our goal of creating special, memorable experiences, not just filling time slots. Our partners generally support this by:

• Partnering on the Experience: RPG system focus, themes, experiences
• Space: Help provide a gaming space where we can create special experiences and provide support to our GMs
• Engaging GMs through recognition, access, exclusive content, rewards, or special experiences
• Player takeaways (pins, tokens, stickers, etc.) that help memories last
• Sharing content—published or exclusive—to support confident, high-quality play though our GMs often develop their own content

As a historical example, through our partnership with Free League Publishing, at Gamehole Con 2025 we delivered:

• 1,200+ seats filled across RPG events (96%+ fill rate)
